Today was quite an interesting day, i would say. It started off with me getting unwillingly dragged into a silly bet which really left me feeling like, "what the heck?" Smiley faces drawn on post-it notes - incentive enough for you to share? Haha.

Awkward conversation while packing up for the day also left me at a loss as to what to say. I find that my interaction at work tends to leave me with a (internally expressed) look of apprehension and disbelief. That's when i think to myself, "what the heck?" Haha.

Dennis showed up for the experiment today and i only found out he was there when keying in his data. Haha. See, i'm really confined to a cubicle! He came back after that though and i managed to talk to him for a few minutes at least :) I shouldn't say this, least his ego inflates, but i do miss seeing him around...

I met a whole bunch of other people today too. Ran into Steph, HL and John studying for their test in the canteen and had lunch with them. Gosh, just listening to them talk about disorders, brain imaging techniques and the like makes me miss psych... And also realise how quickly i've forgotten the things i've learnt :P

Saw the comm people at the recruitment drive booth again when i dropped by and was (un)pleasantly surprised by a viciously violent Ah Wang. Haven't seen that crazy woman in ages, so i'll excuse her violence this time. Haha! :) I ran into her again with Penelope while we were leaving and ended up chatting with her for, i think, another half an hour, trying to psycho her to join NUSPsyche. Haha

What i really like about chatting with Ah Wang is the crazy and nonsensical stuff she spouts. It's the kind of rapid fire conversation that i seldom find with other people, where you have to keep yourself sharp to keep up with her nonsense and shoot back. Haha. It's a challenge i like :)

I guess i don't really get this kind of conversation with others cos with other people, i'm too polite to say what i'd say to her. And that's only because she says them first! Haha! Ok, i'm sounding really childish now :P

After being so caught up arguing with Ah Wang, i thought i'd be late to meet the girls, but i still made it on time :) We had a nice dinner at MOS Burger and then went shopping a bit :) It was just a great time of catching up with them and i feel like i haven't met them for a long time or something. It also felt great to be able to go out and have fun after spending the past couple of weeks cooped up at home being unable to eat.

Super tired, but don't feel like sleeping. Do i feel a bout of insomnia coming on? :(
