Health status alert

Impending signs of fever and symptoms of flu beginning. Mucus coated lungs and runny nose are present and escalating in condition. Violent coughing and headaches to be anticipated. General lack of energy and breathlessness have not changed despite tons of rest.

Recommended to sleep as much as possible, drink as much water as possible and not engage in any strenuous activity.

Home quarantine imposed unless absolutely necessary.
