Had lesson observation this morning at the Japanese Secondary School. I was supposed to go for 2 classes yesterday, but i decided that the 4 classes today would be enough and called to tell them i was not feeling well.

The classes were interesting. Totally not what we're used to in local secondary schools. Their lessons seem quite fun! :) I wonder if i'll be able to produce such fun lessons...

The kids are really shy about speaking English, though, and spoke so softly when they had to present. And they also didn't dare to talk to us. Haha.

And the few of us were also commenting how they look so much better than Singapore students! Haha! They've got much better complexion, nicer hair and just generally look better! It must be their genes... Ha!

Oh, i also met the aforementioned ex-Japanese class classmate who's also from psych and and actually a bit surprised that she remembers me! Haha :P

I went home and rested after that and overslept! Ended up being late for Chickaboom dinner! Not that it mattered very much cos almost everyone else was later. But poor YX had to wait so long! Sorry! :P

YX brought David and me to this bar at the 70th storey of Raffles City to look at the view. It's so cool! I never even knew such a place existed! But of course, the restaurant and bar there are very high end...

When everyone finally arrived, we went for dinner at this Chinese restaurant and had hotpot! Haha! It was so funny eating hotpot in a Chinese restaurant at a round table. Just like having reunion dinner! Haha! But it was really fun and the food was nice :)

As always, it was fun hanging out with Chickaboom again and seeing/hearing all their crazy antics :) Wish i could have joined them for post-dinner late-night karaoke too, but i decided to go home and rest. I'm gonna miss them...
