As expected, my whole body was really aching today! But the ache is good. It feels like i've really exercised. Haha.

It's Good Friday... Isn't it odd that the day Jesus was crucified is called "good"? He really, really suffered! I understand that it's referred to as "good" because Jesus' death saved us from sin, but why not use some other word, like "Salvation Friday" instead of "good"? I don't think that what He went through was something good... Shouldn't we remember how much Jesus had to suffer for us?

Maybe someone can enlighten me...
