I wish that the world were a more peaceful place. Why can't people just get along? What's with all the conflict all over the place? Can't we all be more tolerant of each other? Can't we all put in a little bit more effort to care about others? Everyone is just too self absorbed to care about other people. All the conflict really breaks my heart...

I found out last night that there was a fire at the ice cream shop while i was away. According to Boss, "the machine burst into flames"! Luckily, it happened in the morning before opening, so no one was in the shop. Which makes me wonder how on earth the machine just burst into flames with no one using it...

I guess i'll find out tomorrow when i go to work at the HV shop. The SW one is closed till further notice. Well, i guess my last 2 weeks will be more eventful in a new environment with everyone together again. The downside is that now i have to travel. And since i'm unfamiliar with the place, i have to work afternoon shifts instead, which means getting home really late at night :(

Well, i'll see how things go tomorrow.
