I helped Mr T at the NUS bazaar today. Sufi and i met early to get to NUS by 8.45am as Mr T had requested, only to be informed that he'd be late! -__-

We waited for over an hour before he finally arrived. That could have been an hour more of sleep for me! ;_;

We set up the booth and cooked the chocolate sauce. Unfortunately, the sauce came out too watery and never did cook properly, so we didn't use it at all. What a waste.

Business the whole day was rather poor. It didn't help that the bazaar was more of an arcade than the usual bazaar often seen in NUS. And, all of the 3 stalls set up were selling pretty much the same thing -__- Stupid planning imo.

I'd have to say it was a rather dismal day, if not for the fact that i managed to see and chat with quite a number of friends :)

Due to poor sales, even after extreme slashing of prices, Mr T decided to close the stall early.

That left me with some time to spare before welcome tea, so i headed to the table and got to meet more friends :)

Welcome tea was rather typical. How else could it be, right? Haha. I did sharing again this year, but somehow i felt that my sharing wasn't so effective. I felt at a loss for words and in a way didn't know what to tell them. Perhaps it's that the room was small and they were all so close to me, making me feel rather uncomfortable that caused me to be unable to share properly. Maybe i was just too tired? Whatever the case, i didn't think it was good enough :(

Otherwise, the night went pretty well with lots of new friends and an exceedingly good response for prep camp :)

Being able to meet all my friends definitely makes it a good day :)
