I hate coconuts.
To be more accurate, i hate having to dig the flesh out of the coconuts. Especially those old ones with super tough flesh that take so much effort to scrape out! And mind you, the rough husk makes things harder cos while trying to dig the flesh out, you are likely to scrape your hand on the edge of the husk.
Alas, for all the coconut ice cream lovers, i have to do it. To earn my keep, i have to do it!
Which resulted in 2 cuts on my hand from the coconut husk and sore fingers, hands and arms from having to dig the flesh out of around 30 coconuts over 2 days :(
Damn coconuts.
The worst part is, this process is repeated every week!
If i'm lucky, i'm not working on the day we make coconut ice cream. But given that i'm now more or less working 5 days a week, there is no way i can escape! D:
On another note, i met up with Shaun today and finally returned him his textbook. Haha. And we went to Clementi to eat fried cheese! Haha! It's super unhealthy, but delicious! :P Should try their other stuff some time :)
