Went to Steph's birthday party today. Literally took a cross country drive to get there. Haha. Not to mention, it was raining. And we were stuck in a jam for like, an hour.

But, with the help of a slightly annoying GPS, we made it there :)

The psych people were taking up prime position in the chalet. Haha! And i finally played Raving Rabbids. Now i understand why people like that game so much! It's so silly but it's addictive! :D

Quite a fun night, but i wonder if the birthday girl had fun? She looked so stressed out! :P

In an unrelated topic, i found out that there is another Singaporean going to the same prefecture as me! :D So strange considering that they had no Singaporeans there last year. Anyway, the chances are that we'd be at different ends of the prefecture, but having someone nearer by is slightly reassuring.

And i discovered that one of my ex-Japanese classmates is going too! But she'll be far away from me. But it's still such a pleasant surprise to see her name on the list! I wonder if she still remembers me...

When i found all these out, i went to do a bit of Facebook stalking to find out and confirm who they are and i think i know now why i didn't get selected the first time. They are so much more suited for this than me...

Intimidated.

Being a second (or rather, third) choice does make me feel second class in comparison to the rest :/

I've got to buck up!
