I had to work night shift today cos there was a lack of experienced people and a new girl to train. And so i ended up having to train the new girl. So weird.

It's hard cos there are so many things to learn, but you can't expect someone to learn everything all at once. I have to keep thinking what else i missed out since there is absolutely no structure to training and i also don't know where i should stop to prevent from overwhelming the person.

Hope i did ok and didn't scare the girl off from ever coming back :P

Thankful for: the pretty good atmosphere despite the lack of experienced people (ie. the ones i'm closer to)
