This is why i don't like to work on weekends... The endless stream of customers, the numerous things to do, lack of manpower, no time to even take a breather... I didn't even have time to eat. All i could do was nibble on cones and waffles here and there throughout the day. By the end of the day, plus an hour of OT, i was feeling rather weak...

The morning was especially bad, working with certain people... You telling me that i've made a mistake on something that i've familiarised myself with over the past one and a half years, during the one minute of breathing space that i have, is just insulting. And annoying. Your insistence that i am mistaken to the point that i even have to point out evidence to you makes it worse. Isn't it a little embarrassing that you don't even know the place that you're running?

Otherwise, it rather surprisingly turned out to be a pretty good day. Firstly, Shuwen came! :D I was so surprised to see her that for a moment, it didn't register. Haha! Pity she came at such a busy time, though, or i would have liked to talk to her more. But just seeing her made me happy :)

And then, later in the afternoon, i walked out of the kitchen and saw Walker sensei! :D I was doubly surprised to see her! My sensei for Japanese 3 and 4. She is such a good teacher. I really loved her classes :) Unfortunately, i wasn't a very good student... :P And i'm even happier that she recognises me! :D I doubt she remembers my name, but at least she recognises my face :) And then she started talking to me in Japanese. And then i got all nervous and didn't know what to say, not unlike how i was in Japanese class. Haha :P But it was worse this time cos i haven't practiced my Japanese in goodness knows how long, so i had a LOT of trouble trying to string my words together and follow what she was saying :P Again, it was too bad that she came at such a busy time cos i really would have loved to talk to her more and tell her certain things... Although i'd probably have to prepare a speech before i'd be able to do so. Haha :P

It rained today! :) A good heavy downpour, albeit a little short lived. Good enough to reduce the number of customers for a while though. Heh :P
